What is Mediation
Mediation brings disputing parties together in a controlled environment where the dispute can be discussed in a safe location or online, with or without attorneys. The process begins with the mediation's ground rules, such as no "name calling" or interruption while one party is speaking. Next, the parties may be broken into separate rooms to confidently discuss the party's concerns or ideas to help settle the dispute.
The process is designed to help both parties come up with their settlement with the help of a Neutral. ADRMediator, Inc.'s mediate cases, with two mediators, male and female, which helps balance the perceived imbalance when there is only one mediator. Mediators help you develop solutions and help both parties think outside the box to resolve a dispute. Mediation can also be helpful when arrangements you've made before need to change. These changes may include visitation with children or child support, particularly as your children grow up or economic conditions change. The mediation process always keeps the parties in control and the courts out of the decision-making of the settlement. A mediator is not a Judge and does not make any decisions; their role is to help negotiate between the parties.
Meditation helps you stay in control. No one will make you do anything against your wishes. The mediators will help you find a solution that works for you both. The Mediator will explain what needs to happen to make an agreement between you legally binding.
Mediations are always confidential no one will divulge the outcome or information revealed in the mediation. The settlement is also kept confidential by the courts. The Judge is only notified of a settlement or an impasse; if a deadlock occurs, both parties have the legal avenue of the court system.

ADRMediator opens specialized division Family Mediation Utilizing two mediators for the price of one.
May 10, 2022, ADRMediator opened its new specialized ADRMediator, Inc. Family Mediation Services, Family mediation has always been a questionable event with anyone participating in the process. The fear that most people have going into a Family mediation is, will the mediation if the mediator is a mth the man, or if the mediator is a woman, will they side with the female. That concept is a misconception, but it does exist, and the fear may seem natural. For that reason, ADRMediator, Inc. addresses these concerns with two mediators, a male, and a female making sure the feeling of an imbalance does not exist. Fear is a big issue in all mediations, is the mediator telling the same story to the other side. At ADRMediator, Inc. that concern is erased with the two mediator concept. The next problem from both parties in the mediation "am I paying for two mediators?" No, the cost is the same as having a single mediator. The fee is a single price split between both parties. Plus we have a stop pay system, meaning should the mediation go beyond the normal end of day (5:00 P.M.), there are no additional costs; we stop billing at 5:00 PM, even if the process lasts longer. We charge a flat rate no matter how long it takes. - Wednesday, May 18, 2022
